Hello! My name is Nargis Karimova. Born in Uzbekistan, I am currently based in France, in Pays de Gex (near the franco-swiss border). Paris Sorbonne University Fine Arts Graduate in 2010, I'm permanently learning and discovering the world of children illustration. I had recent experience of illustrating my very first children's book "Une écharpe pour deux", written by Sophie Moronval and edited by "Comme un lézard" (2021). I'm very happy to present my very personal project, a musical book on uzbek traditional children's songs from my childhood, edited in Tashkent, Uzbekistan (2023). I'm currently working on other exciting projects. I draw both traditional and digital.
